SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The Pattison’s Patisserie online store does not ship or deliver. All orders are pick-up only.
During the checkout process you can select a store to pick-up your order from.

 

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Please contact onlineorders@pattisonspatisserie.com.au we will be able to help you with any issues with your order.

 

ONLINE ORDERS
During checkout you will be asked to:

Select a store, date and time to pick-up your order.

Enter your personal and payment details.

Confirm your order before submitting payment.

Once payment is processed, your order will be sent to the selected store.
Please go to the store at the specified date and time to collect your order. If your pick up date is unavailable in the selection of dates, please contact store directly .

SECURITY CAPABILITIES AND POLICY FOR TRANSMISSION OF PAYMENT CARD DETAILS
When purchasing from Pattison’s Pattiserie your payment card details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.

Pattison’s Pattiserie does not store any financial information provided to us by our customers. All payments via our website are processed by eWay Australia.
