Pattisons Pastry chefs are lead by the owner and operator of Pattisons, Peter; has been in the industry for almost 20 years and sticks to the old school techniques and keeps to traditional methods but still inspired by new and fashionable foods that are in season.
Our pastry chefs have been in the company for up to 8 years and understand the philosophy of where Pattisons is in the community, Peter has been called a true purest in cases where he sticks to freshly produced products and ingredients, This passion is lead through the kitchen team continually inspired by the company and its outlook. The quality of cooking is handled by 3 main pastry chefs with Peter being one of them; we hope you enjoy the experience of what we are about.
