The Cafe
All our stores have an area where you can sit and enjoy our cakes and pastries. Enjoy or own blend of coffee; Roasted and blended by a highly qualified roaster, our coffee is only 7 days old from the time of roasting. Unlike some off the imported coffees that are up to 6 months old before they are used. Distinguish the difference of freshly roasted coffee, prepared and served by our trained baristas.
The Blend
The blend draws from a diverse range of premium estate coffees, roasted individually, then blended to form an exceptional all round coffee suitable for both espresso and milk based drinks. The regions include South and Central America, East Africa, Indonesia and India. The result is a unique and complex coffee designed for the discerning palate.
The Roast
This coffee has been roasted to a medium dark colour. It is balanced to be rich and full bodied, displaying deep chocolate and malt tones, whilst carrying a sweetness and buttery, syrup like texture. The aroma is toasty and sweet with a mild berry scent. It holds a mild spice and a finish that is smooth and pleasant.

Pattison's coffee doesn't have to just be enjoyed in store. Try a bag of beans or pre ground coffee at home and enjoy the difference. All coffee is roasted fresh locally and sealed in air tight bags with one-way valves.
