
Est. in 1995 by Peter and Michelle Pattison and still owned and operated by the Pattison family.
In 1995 the first Pattison’s Patisserie was established at St Ives where the philosophy of French and European techniques were followed to create some of the finest pastries, cakes, tarts and breads. All of the Pattison’s products are exclusive to our 6 stores. Our store at Westfield Hornsby opened in 2001 on the lower ground level, Chatswood Chase first opened in 2004, it was then revamped and relocated to the new wing in Chatswood Chase in 2009. Our Mosman village store opened in Military Rd in 2008. We then saw our boutique Cammeray store opening in September 2009 in the Stockland Square area, and sneaking into December 2009 comes our Top Ryde City store located on the lower ground level.
Our aim is that the finest boulangerie and patisserie can only be prepared using quality ingredients at their peak. Even the coffee is specifically chosen and roasted to compliment Pattison’s flavours and products.
Every product found in our stores is made by our own Patisserie kitchen by qualified Pastry chefs. Peter himself has been a pastychef for almost 20 years and every product has a signature touch that is only found in Pattison’s stores.
The main emphasis that you will find in our products is that fresh produce is used in all our products, We use fresh eggs, hand cracked egg white and egg yolks, real butter and high quality fresh creams and milk. Every product you find has been individually weighed mixed piped rolled and cooked under the watchful eye of Pattison’s main Chefs.
