OUR SYDNEY PATISSERIES
Our Sydney Patisseries follow the philosophy of French
and European techniques to create some of the finest pastries, cakes, tarts and
breads. We only serve specially roasted coffee from our boutique roasting house.
Our aim is to be the finest boulangerie and Sydney patisserie and in doing so we
only use the freshest and unprocessed produce including hand cracked egg white
and egg yolks, real butter and high quality fresh creams and milk.
